In case you need to cancel or change your order, within 2 hours of purchasing, please send an email to

Please include in the email: 

  • Email subject: Cancel Request - Your Order Number” or “Change Request - Your Order Number”. 
  • Email body: Describe your request (why do you want to cancel, what changes do you want to make, etc).

Once your order is reviewed and approved, The Red Hot Hell will process to cancel and fully refund or change the order as your request.

Please keep in mind that The Red Hot Hell will not be responsible for any cancelation and change requests after 2 hours of purchasing.


If there is something wrong with the product(s), please send an email to within 7 days after your package is delivered. 

Please include in the email:

  • Email subject: “Return Request - Your Order Number” or “Exchange Request - Your Order Number”.
  • Email body: Describe your request.
  • Photo(s) that clearly show the condition of the item(s).
  • Photo(s) of the package with the shipping label.

Please note that:

  • The Red Hot Hell will not be responsible for any return or exchange requests after 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Customized items and discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping cost and shipping sales tax incurred for returns are non-refundable and within the customer’s responsibility.
  • The Red Hot Hell will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the item(s) which is returning to our warehouse.
  • The Red Hot Hell will not be responsible for damage to any item(s) resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you.

After your return item(s) is inspected and approved, a replacement or a refund will be processed as your request.

When an order or an item is approved for a refund, a credit will be applied automatically to the original method of payment, within 7 business days. If you do not receive your refund after 7 business days, please contact your payment processor directly for further information.

Shipping and handling charges from your order will only be refunded if you received the defective or wrong item(s).
